Getting back to regular life

Clark ready for the preschool carpool. 3 weeks old

First time in the big tub.

Gabe helping

T.G.I.F.-We were glad for the weekend to come.
We had rootbeer floats and watched a movie.

How can I convience anyone that the transition is going okay looking like this.
It's a great "end of the day" look I have going on.
There has been a major lack of personal primping time lately.
But look at my little treasures all around me.

Snuggling, the best part about babies!

Today I ventured to church with the 3 boys for the first time. Ben has meeting before church so I'm on my own. We made it right as church started. Unfortunately Clark was the only one I didn't have time to get ready so he went to church in his green stripped pajamas (The cutest ones he has).

Over One Pound in One Week

Gabe relaxing in his new recliner.

Luke just back from a football birthday party.

Watch me grow. I swear we are not adding oil to his milk.
One week ago: 9 lbs. 12 oz.
Today: 11 lbs.
He really doesn't look fat and still looks like a newborn. He has started making a cute smacking or clicking sound, and has spoken, "goo". His neck is getting really strong. His hair has lightened a bit to dark brown. Eyes are still dark greenish. He is slowly sleeping for longer periods at night, but we are still getting up twice. Not bad. He is back to his cheerful self, after a full weekend of cursing the doctor for the boy part procedure done last week.

The Windows of Heaven . . .

Oh His blessings have been pouring out upon us!
We can't thank everyone enough for all the support, meals, visits, calls, help with the boys, and prayers. We have been so wonderful cared for this first week back. We especially need to thank Aunt Becca and Gary & Sister Becky and Doug for hosting us for 10 days in Utah!

Biggest Blessing (Clark's Hospital picture)

We went to Clark's 2 week appointment.
He is 9lbs 12 oz (80%) and 22 inches (90%) and Healthy!
So the black crusty part of the cord fell off, but there is another little part to go. I'd never seen this before. Twice the experience I guess.

Everyone has been asking
Question #1 How are the boys transitioning?
There is a little attention seeking and bedtime troubles which were to be expected. The boys love Clark though and are so sweet to him. They like to hold him and kiss him. They are very good with him, except they have both tried to squirt milk from the bottle into his mouth which ended up all over his face. It was funny.
Question #2 Are you Tired?
Not too bad, but my secret is morning cartoons.
